Michael Ibbott is a Cimpsa Level 4 qualified personal trainer and strength and conditoning coach, based in Crieff, Scotland. Michael has a background that makes him unlike most. A former infantry soldier and head chef, he brings real discipline and high standards to his work - alongside a calm, patient and deeply personal approach that makes every client feel supported from day one. Whatever your starting point, Michael will meet you there.

Whether you're a complete beginner or getting back into a routine, you'll always feel supported, challenged in the right way and clear on why you're doing what you're doing.
Strength & Conditioning
Whether you want to lift heavier, move faster, or protect your joints from wear and tear, this 15-minute call is where we start. We will discuss your current physical foundation, look at any weak links in your movement patterns, and outline a structured plan to build functional strength that translates directly into your daily life or sport.
Athletic Performance
For those who want to move better, compete harder and perform at their peak. Michael works with athletes and active individuals to build the strength, power and conditioning that translates directly to their sport or activity. Structured, progressive and built around what your body actually needs to improve.
Weight Management
Sustainable results come from the right habits, not extreme measures. Michael helps you build a smarter relationship with training and your body, focusing on real, lasting change rather than quick fixes. You'll lose weight, feel better and develop the consistency that keeps the results coming long after you've hit your goal.
All sessions are available in individual sessions or blocks of 10.
